Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReadyGo website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

To use most aspects of the Service, you must register for and maintain an active personal user Service account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an Account.

  • Accuracy: You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account.
  • Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account and agree to maintain the security of your username and password.
  • Restriction: Unless otherwise permitted by ReadyGo in writing, you may only possess one Account.

3. Orders and Payments

ReadyGo provides a platform for you to purchase goods and services from third-party merchants ("Merchants").

A. Pricing and Tax

Prices for menu items or goods are set by the Merchants and may differ from what you see in-store. All prices are subject to applicable taxes, delivery fees, and service charges, which will be displayed during checkout.

B. Payment Processing

Payment is due immediately upon placement of an order. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the order.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our Merchant partners:

  • Before Preparation: You may cancel an order for a full refund if the Merchant has not yet started preparing it.
  • After Preparation: Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
  • Issues with Quality: If there is a problem with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact support within 2 hours of delivery.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • ✕Using the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • ✕Harassing or abusing Merchants or Riders.
  • ✕Attempting to interfere with Service security.
  • ✕Providing false or misleading information.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReadyGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.

ReadyGo does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, or ability of Merchants or Riders. You agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the services remains solely with you.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
